Marketing platform
A marketing platform instead of a tool stack
Seven logins, seven invoices, seven databases – or one platform where content, channels and contacts work together.

A marketing platform bundles the tools a company needs for its marketing into one application with a shared data set: content creation, social media, email marketing, CRM, landing pages and ads. The difference from single tools lies less in the features than in the connections – a lead from an ad automatically becomes a contact, a deal and an email recipient.
Modules
What comes together in Campaiva.
Each module is complete on its own. Together they form the marketing cycle of an SMB: create content, publish, collect enquiries, follow up, evaluate – and turn that into the next piece of content.
- AI content & campaignsPosts, emails, landing page copy and images from one brief.
- Social mediaInstagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, WordPress – schedule and publish.
- Email marketingCampaigns, welcome sequences, segments, A/B tests – through your own sending.
- CRMContacts, companies, deals, tasks, lead scoring, appointment booking.
- WebLanding pages with an AI assistant, funnels, forms, website tracking.
- Ads & analyticsPromote posts and landing pages, leads into the CRM, revenue per campaign.

Connections
The difference is in the hand-offs.
A visitor fills in a form on your landing page. In Campaiva that becomes a contact with a deal, a lead score, a welcome email, a task for you – and later a number in the revenue report of the campaign that brought them. In a tool stack you build that chain yourself from exports, integrations and Zapier rules.
- One contact, one timelineEmails, forms, appointments, deals and ad source in one history.
- One brand everywhereLogo, colours and tone apply to posts, emails, landing pages and the booking page.
- Honest evaluationSpend per campaign against revenue from won deals – even when the result is negative.

Operations
Hosted in Germany, tenant-isolated, built for GDPR.
Application and database run at Hetzner in Germany. Every database row belongs to exactly one tenant, and the application cannot technically bypass that separation. Email lists use double opt-in by default. For AI generation, text is sent to OpenAI or Anthropic – under standard contractual clauses.
- Row-level security on all tenant tablesWith a start-up check: if a rule is missing, the service does not start.
- Daily encrypted backupsWith restore testing and off-site storage.
- DPA, sub-processors, Trust CenterDocumented publicly – no need to ask.

Frequently asked questions
What is a marketing platform?
An application that unites the key marketing tools – content, social media, email, CRM, landing pages, ads – in one interface with a shared data set. The value lies in the connections between the modules.
Is a platform more expensive than single tools?
Usually not. A social scheduler, a newsletter tool, a CRM and a landing page builder often cost more individually than the Premium plan – and don't connect on their own.
Can I keep using my existing tools?
Yes. Campaiva connects to your email sending (Microsoft 365, SMTP, SendGrid, Resend), your WordPress site, Google Calendar and Microsoft calendar. A REST API and webhooks cover custom integrations.
How do I switch?
Import contacts via CSV, connect channels, describe your brand. Most customers are up and running on day one; the help centre explains every step.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You export contacts, deals and content yourself in settings. After the contract ends, data is deleted in line with the DPA.
