Marketing automation means executing recurring marketing tasks automatically according to fixed rules: when a prospect fills in a form, they receive an email; when a deal changes stage, a task is created; when an appointment approaches, a reminder goes out. For SMBs it is the difference between “I should do that” and “done”.

Workflows start on an event and run through a chain of steps. Branches, waits and split tests are built in. You build the flow by drag and drop and see every run in the log.

What is marketing automation?
Executing recurring marketing tasks automatically by rules: trigger (e.g. a submitted form), condition (e.g. a tag) and action (e.g. an email). The goal is that nothing gets left behind.
Do I need coding skills?
No. Workflows are built in the visual editor by drag and drop. For custom integrations there are webhooks and a REST API.
How is double opt-in implemented?
New subscribers start as “awaiting confirmation”, receive a confirmation link (valid 48 hours) and are only emailed after confirming. This is enabled by default.
How many workflows can I build?
Solo 3, Starter 5, Premium 15, Agency 100, Ultimate unlimited. A workflow can have any number of steps.
Can automation cause harm?
There are safeguards: loop protection with cooldown and step limit, a stop when unsubscribes exceed a threshold, the approvals centre and the autopilot's emergency stop.
