Frequently asked questions
Which networks does Campaiva support?
Instagram (business accounts), LinkedIn (profile and company page), Google Business Profile and WordPress. Facebook Pages follow after Meta's approval. X, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest are not available.
Does Campaiva publish automatically?
Only if you want it to. By default all drafts land in the approvals centre. With the autopilot enabled and a confidence threshold set, Campaiva publishes on its own – with a daily limit and an emergency stop.
Where does the “best time” come from?
From the reach of your own previous posts on each channel. If data is missing, Campaiva uses heuristics and says so.
Can I edit or delete a published post?
Yes. Edit the text (where the network allows it), retract the post and republish – directly from Campaiva.
Can I reply to comments in Campaiva?
The comment inbox with AI reply suggestions is built and will be enabled for customer accounts after Meta's approval.
